A lot of complaints about not having drive-thru banking - ATMs are so convenient and save a lot of time. My only complaint, not enough ATMs in Odessa. Add one on the westside and in north Odessa.

Went you have to have appointments for everything when you try to schedule an appointment no one answers phones manager is rude you try to talk to her and she cuts you off without letting you finish. Corporate needs to step in and really make some changes.

I dread going in here and usually avoid it if I can. I will drive to Lubbock from Andrews most of the time instead of driving to Odessa if I have to go into a bank. Never enough tellers, and lines are always long and seem to move very slow. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they have what I am in there for (money) and the tellers are friendly, they are just so slow. Hands down the slowest bank I have ever been in out of any bank.
