  Love all the people at this bank. Eddie was so helpful and really went the extra mile to get us the help we needed. The inside is really clean, and sanitized regularly. Very impressed.

  This is the second time BofA has closed its doors to inside banking, Moorpark and the Simi Valley locations leaving us stranded, they blame it on Covid 19. BofA do not care about its customers

  First off horrible customer service I had to wait on the phone for so long this has happened multiple times, I don’t know why a place thats hold peoples money has such bad customer service they make it so difficult to talk to a real person. I do not recommend try online banks like Discovery or Ally, especially for your savings account if you need a checking account here I get it but if you need a savings account try one of those other banks. You’ll have a higher interest rate, I just switched all of my money from Bank of America to Discovery because there interest rates are double Bank of America‘s
