      Today I went. I also went to Wells to open a new account. Only in bank America did they open a new account for me, since in Wells fargo they did not lend and I had an appointment. So 5 star to bank America

      I’m changing bank for sure This branch is terrible, 2 tellers for a bunch of customers and the fat security you guys have is so rude, hate this place

      Every time I come here the line is very long. Today it was 17 people deep with two tellers who didn't seem interested in clearing the line out. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but this is pretty consistent.
