      Went in to get change. Two tellers, and 3 bankers. After waiting 45 minutes and finally being the next to be helped. One of the bankers tells a person who was in their office to go straight to the window as the teller will finish helping her. Again, there were only 2 tellers and a line iof 5 people still waiting to be helped. I allowed then to help the person but once i got to her i informed her the service was not right. As we are waiting to speak to a teller she was helped by a banker so the banker should start and finish whatever transaction they’re working on. No reason after waiting 45 minutes to be skipped by someone who was already being helped. Been a BOA customer for 11 years and this makes me question how much you respect tour clients who fund you!!!
