  Visited this bank July 1, 2022. My stop was to withdraw money from a kiosk within the bank. Unknowingly I inserted the wrong card(cash withdrawal), ie, BOA credit card instead of my BOA debit card. After a few attempts, I entered the bank and was greeted by a BOA employee. The employee was polite and noted my obvious frustration. The employee called another employee for assistant. This employee listened to my complaint and was polite as well. Upon presenting my BOA cards, it was noted I was using the wrong card. Oops. No worries was the response from both employees. I was able to complete my transaction using the correct BOA card.

  Well first I'd like to say that all the staff that helped me were super kind and friendly, I had my 2 little toddlers with me and it's super hard to do things with kids and the staff were so patient and kind and didn't not make me feel rushed or anything, as I was already overwhelmed with my kids. I'd also like to say the personal banker who helped me was amazing and went above and beyond for me so thank you!
