      I had an amazing service from Helen Khalioun. She helped me to open new accounts. I had to go to the bank two times, everything was so smooth. Helen was really informative and professional, the best experience I had in a bank so far. Thank you so much!

      Definitely, the worst experience in Bank of America. Even the online specialists are better. They are caring, patient, and understandable. Just DON'T know why they judge me for customizing my old credit card. I mean if you offer customization of the card image, why is it ridiculous for you that I want to customize my card? 😅😅😅 I am done with this Bank of America, I won't go again.

      They did not honor my appointment because they were helping another client. I was told the other client had a similar issue to mine (fraud) and hence they couldn’t help me. Not sure why helping the other client meant they couldn’t help me. I was told to call customer service instead after I told them I had already spent 6 hours on the phone. I cannot wait to close all my accounts with this bank.
