  I went here today just to get a voided check to set up my direct deposit, the guy that helped me is an Relationship Manager named Ian such a nice person, such a nice guy I have no words, he gave me all the info in seconds and was very professional, plus the bank is one of the nice ones I've seen around!

  Good day, could you suggest a protocol to speak to an associate by phone? I have tried 8 times calling and no one answers. Please advise as soon as possible. Important information needs to be discussed over the phone. An online banking representative has indicated this is an issue to discuss directly with my bank branch. Please Advise. Thanks
