  This particular location is customer service efficient, much better than they were prior to the pandemic. Thank you for upgrading your method of operation.

  Came to withdraw 100 dollars in quarters. Branch only allows 20 dollars of quarters withdrawn per day. What is the point of having an account with bank of america if the branches give services even lower quality than that of a grocery store? Stop using the pandemic as an excuse for poor quality services.

  Constantly closed. Seemingly understaffed. What's the point of paying account fees and etc if branches can't seem to be open? Forget about trying to get anything done at this branch because you're in for a minimum 45 minute wait.
