      The employee was incompetent enough to put an extra zero on the withdrawal slip when I withdrew a cashiers check. Now my account balance is negative 74,000. They can't be bothered to answer the phone to address my concerns about their mistake.

      Customer service is lacking because they are understaffed and have snooty attitudes. Manager is unapologetic for a 30 minute wait to cash a computer generated payroll check. I am happy I no longer bank with this overgrown conglomerate which no longer puts any effort towards customer satisfaction.
