I can't think of a worse experience. I moved CASH from one account to another ACCOUNT and BOFA system had the transaction as "pending." In these instances, the branch manager has the authority to make the funds available. A teller refused and said it was impossible. I had a closing and needed the funds. LUCKILY FOR ME....I called the BOA on Woodward and Mack and the branch manager stepped in, called and got them to write the check. I was a frequent visitor to that BOFA and there's just 0 reason for them to have treated me so rudely. Getting access to YOUR money doesn't need to be this difficult. (They waived the $15 fee without me asking, but at this point, the damage was done).
