  This location has a worst customer service ,rude and ignorant staff. Yesterday(6/10/2022) in the afternoon I got some cash from one their ATM Machine and i didn't get any receipt. I walked in to the lobby and spoke with the person was sitting in the front desk. He asked for my ATM card then he put it down while he was talking to his coworkers and keep tapping on his keyboard. At the end he told me sorry it doesn't work. I went to the teller and she told me can't give me any receipt call customer service. As I was leaving the bank I saw bank Associate out side he was talking to another customer ,I tried to explained to him about my situation. Rudely he told me he is busy and told me I have to wait!!!! I left the branch very disappointed with no help from anybody. I am thinking seriously to end my business with bank of america after 33 years.
