We have a personal and business account here. I'm not a fan of BOA as a company honestly but the people in this branch have always been really kind to us and helpful. I will say, like most places in the Beach Cities there is never a real sense of urgency so if you're in a rush might be best to go to a bigger branch.

Not open during their hours and we had to knock on the glass and call multiple times for someone to come out and tell us their computers are down and that “their manager never showed up and that they are here on time and had to wait until that person showed up”

They wouldn't cash a check I brought in because it was torn. I even checked online to see if banks take checks that get ripped/torn, and internet said yeah, so i was like okay. Went there they refused to cash it . Bank teller kid was the biggest bellend I've ever seen . So I got pissed asfffff and closed BoA accnt and switched to Kinnetca (which is 10x better).
