  I'm giving this location 5 stars because they truly deserve it. I lost my wallet with all my credentials in it except my bus card, snap benefits card and my Bank Of America card. With that being said with their policy, I'm only allowed $50 to withdraw without a Texas photo I.D. The manager gave me over 10 security questions along with a phone verification number to give her, asked me my address, ID number, last 4 of my cell number then told me to login on my phone and show her my bank account statement. I went through hell and high waters with the security questions and passed them all with flying colors. The manager overrode the bank tellers just to accommodate me. I was well pleased, thankful and very satisfied! She allowed me to get more than $50 and said next time make sure I have my ID. No body but God working behind the scenes. The place was very clean and the staff was very professional and security tight!!! Which is a great thing. Also I was able to get in and out in a quick and convenient manner.

  Story of how i was racially profiled. Keep in mind banks and real estate are the only places where you be racially profiled legally. As 7/6/22 9:30am I go in to cash a check. I waited in line patiently to talk to a teller i give her my two forms of ID and the check . I don’t have an account there so I’m required to do this. She sees the amount and after running the check through their machine (which is enough to verify that the check isn’t fake) she goes to the back and says she needs to make a call to verify . Now I’ve cashed cashiers check and I’ve never needed a call for it after it’s already been made the day prior. She then comes back after a few mins and doesn’t give any reason why she can’t cash out the check . This is sad #bankingwhileblack. Also it was an Hispanic woman that works in the am normally with an Asian woman by her side. i don’t like how i was treated and will be looking to sue
