      Good luck with anything phone related. No way to schedule a call back or reach a person. The auto dialer hangs you up when everyone is assisting customers. EDIT: Susan the owner reads these suggestions yet never acts to improve their phone line system. The other reviews also complain about inaccessibility and incompetence of staff. It is unfortunate that half the BOAs in Fremont are temporarily closed and this one is the one that remains.
