It is NOT Right to close on Friday at 4pm on a three day How is that good for the customer. That gets there at 4:15 to do their banking for the weekend. So so sad ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป I have a chase Account to and they say open 6:00 But the banking I had to do was with BofA

Why does the manager feel the need to push me out of the bank to the atm? Iโve always loved this branch . I only go inside 3,4 times a year but each time the female manager with European accent has held me at bay trying to make me use the atm! What the heck? Thatโs not good customer service! When I want to use the atm I do. I feel safer inside for some transactions. ๐ Everyone else is wonderful just hoping some improvement will be made. ๐๐ป
