  The line is ALWAYS very long. The bank just won't give up a bit of their profits to hire more tellers. And train their teller either. I just purchased a cashier's check, sent it in as a down payment for a home I'm trying to purchase. Just to find out that the teller FORGOT to sign it. Now the check is being returned to me and I'm at risk of loosing thousands of dollars just because a teller was not trained enough to know that cashier's checks must be signed before giving them out to customers. This is a horrible bank over all

  Rude !!!!! The personal walking is very rude when I ask to talk for the manager for the branch they don’t want to give me any information and they tell me to write costumes services

  It’s always closed on Saturday’s and always has the least tellers. Especially on the weekends and the beginning of the month (the worst times to be short staffed) and it never gets better. Been like this for a couple years. I switched banks.
