      My grandmother went in to get assistance with her password/login was greeted by a lady named Carmen Fernández which was a blessing because my grandma feels better speaking Spanish. Carmen went above and beyond to assist my grandmother with all her inquiries. BOA needs more people like Carmen that care and want to help people with their issues with compassion and understanding.

      Pros: Spacious and comfortable environment. Cons: Their customer service is very bad, and really sssssllllllloooooowwwww. Way slow.
