      Understaffed! The lines are always long and there’s only 2 tellers every day. The wait is always long! Ridiculous branch! They need to so better!

      The last time I went to this branch I was in a long line that wrapped around the building and we were stuck standing in the heat. They should have more then 2 tellers working if this location is this packed. Get it together. I’m going today to cash a check I’m paying the line isn’t long and I’m stuck standing outside again for an hour and half

      The worst and the only bad thing in pomona CA. Terrible service, it takes up to an hour to get through to the cashier. And this is because they only have 2 or 3 cashiers even though look at a line of more than 50 people waiting. To this add the slowness with which the cashiers attend. To finish, they should start by changing the boss, hiring one who runs this Bank well.
