  Question: Would you consider installing carpet for the line of customers to wait on? Standing on hard cement for twenty minutes, hurts everyone's feet.

  Not a member. I went in to exchange a $50 dollar bill for 5 gold dollar coins. After the cashier pulled them out, someone else related they couldn't do it for me because I am not a member. This is a poor way of building new relationships. A better way to handle it would have been to ask if I wanted to join the bank. I am very disappointed in poor customer service and policies.

  Why is bank always close here, it’s inconvenient to have to close most day when other banks companies are open
