it was my first time here, was kind of skeptical since it has a lot of bad reviews. i came to open an account and got attended as soon as I got there, the sweetest lady attended me and explained everything i need to know. although, when I had to deposit money it kind of took a bit of time since there was a line but it was no problem since I wasn't in a hurry :) , anyways it was great. not as bad as I thought
