      This is one of the most poorly managed Bank of America branches. There's always a line out the door for tellers at this branch and they run out of cash frequently! Nothing like waiting in line for 38 minutes to get to a teller just to find out you can't withdraw cash. No wonder why this branch has such poor ratings and such a high employee turnover rate!

      Customer service is terrible. They get upset when you ask why the lines are ling. No enough help for customers .
