      Trust me, this bank is not as bad as the reviews. I know their biggest disadvantage is that there are too many offices on the first floor, and it is larger than the needs of customers. Although there are three service windows on the second floor, there is only one staff member who can handle the business, so the handling efficiency will be much fuller. I came over today to go through the credit card payment process and there were two people in line in front of me. I waited 20 minutes for my turn. Very professional service, very clean environment, and a friendly Mexican lady manager. I have to stand up and speak for this bank, the truth is the truth. I deeply suspect that someone maliciously messaged this bank.

      Can someone fix Apple Pay at atm??? Only one location in New York works and it didn’t accept deposits. It is not an Apple problem because my Apple Wallet works everywhere fine. It is extremely frustrating because it wasn’t like that before and I didn’t have my card with me and was stuck with zero balance in the middle of nowhere and couldn’t even put money on my account, couldn’t order Uber back home. This is unacceptable

      Worst experiences I’ve ever had with Bank of America. When it’s two hour away from closing, they are requiring me to make a appointment. Bad costumers services.
