  I scheduled an appt for a wire transfer between 3:30 and 3:45pm at this branch. There was only one teller actively working, from what I could tell. I could be wrong. I had to wait in line to inform the teller I had an appt. The teller told me someone would be with me in 2-3 mins and to have a seat. I had to actually make a call into the branch to let them know I was physically waiting in the lobby to be attended because I had already been waiting 20 mins. Someone finally told me it would only a couple more minutes. It's all about expectations people. Why schedule an appt if it will not be honored? Why tell me 2-3 mins when it's really +20mins? Time is money and money is time. Maybe it's time to move my money elsewhere? 😳
