      I mean the first time that comes to mind are laughing emojis. As in, laughable they "serve" people wih the best customer service. I mean this was months ago, but went in to pay my rent. I tried not only depositing cash but had a cashier's check to deposit. They said they couldnt take it. I had to go to RCU across the street to comebine it all in one andthen go back to BofA to deposit. Ok thats one thing. The customer service was just awful. Theperson helping looked like she rather be doing somethi nng else with her timw. And dodnt care. I wouldnt stepfoot in this branch, regardless if I have to deposit money into my landlord's account. I feep 10x worse leaving this place then I did coming in. That takes skill...just not the right kind.
