  No one picks up the phone. At alI. I have one simple question that I need answered. I just need to know the fee for a cashiers check. I like to be prepared before I arrive.

  THIS IS THE WORST AND MORE DISRESPECTFUL BANK OF AMERICA LOCATION I HAVE EVER VISIT FULL OF DOMINICAN LOW-CLASS WOMEN, and ONE COLOMBIAN WOMAN, WITH NO CLASS, NO EDUCATION, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWLEDGE AT ALL, AND WHEN YOU CALL THIS OFFICE THEY won't EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE....AND WHAT'S WORST IS THAT THEY HAVE ABOUT 7 EMPLOYEES THERE DOING NOTHING BUT SEATING ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DESKS AND OUT OF THE 6 TELLER WINDOWS, ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE ACTUALLY WORKING WITH A LINE OF CUSTOMERS ALL THE WAY TO THE ENTRANCE....PURE TRASH AT THEIR BEST...

  They the worst .. the two in Paterson .. horrible customer service save ur energy and go elmwood branch if u can .. the tellers lazy don’t like to work i hate them at that place.. definitely gonna go get a chase acct .. I’m tired of Bank of America and their rude tellers
