      Everyone knows big banks are greedy. But their people are really good people at this place. There was a mistake recently, and Jason helped me straighten it out tight away. There is still corporate greed, like any big bank, but for I gave them the highest rating because they were willing to straighten it out immediately when there was a wrong charge for something. They also gave me very favorable terms on my kids’ accounts, without charging me fees for a small account with a card.

      Went in to try and open a new account as well as get a medallion signature approval at the Grass Valley location. Branch manager was extremely hostile and unhelpful. I left feeling terrible and decided to bring my business to Chase instead. I will never bank with B of A b/c of this interaction.
