  They are always Short staff and they wont hire more people. You go spend at least 1-2 hours to get basic service from them to be done. So ridiculous the waiting time

  Disappointed to see that Bank of America is going downhill with lack of personnel, not having drive thru bank tellers, not having a drive thru ATM that you could talk to and get the change that I need. Now ATMs only give you money with $20s; if I need $5, $10, $1 you have to go inside the bank and to make it worse, my Bank of America on Gessner and Beltway 8 is closing on Saturdays! Working people need this service on Saturdays. This Branch is always busy and needs to remain open on Saturdays. Yes we could go to other Branches but why should we when this one is close to our homes and others are inconvenient. I feel we are not appreciated as customers anymore. Sad but true
