  The phone hangs up on you! Just hangs up-very rude when they are holding big balances of your money. No extensions, voice mail, nothing..just a good bye. i am leaving bank of America...The employees at this branch are lovely-but, you have to drive there to accomplish anything, no one returns emails, etc. Very third world-esque.

  Bank hours have been reduced. Many times they are not open even on the posted hours. Frustrating after being at this bank for over 25 years! I guess BoA strategic plan is to get customers to do primarily 24 hr ATM or on line.

  5 stars for Crystal, 1 star for everyone else. Waited 30+ minutes while some white guy went on his lunch break without looking at us or acknowledging us. Awesome customer service, dude. But Crystal walked me through several transactions and helped me efficiently.
