      Find most people with bad attitudes. Not smiling,not engaging,helpfull or able to speak clear english. They seem to get through the work we ask them to do for us. Believe you are getting paid. Believe you have a job. Is there anyone in charge at Leonard Street? One teller at window, most of the time? Appointments needed. Do not park in street, in front of bank. The meter maid comes right through the pavement and tickets you before you get a chance to feed the machine!! Gotta be something better than this?? Yikes!! Update:Close it permanently and put a branch in east Watertown.More centrally located to both Belmont,Watertown and Cambridge.
