      I used to love Bank of America customer service but something has changed these last few years. The wait times are atrocious (30min plus on multiple days), the silo work bubbles (where each employee is trained on a limited number of tasks and passes you back to the queue to wait for someone else), and that is why I have ended my relationship with them after over a decade. I’m not sure why other banks can close an account instantaneously, but Bank of America takes days?

      Employees are nice enough, but there’s never enough tellers to service members, nor enough quarters. $10 dollar quarter roll limit. Have waited in line for 30 minutes just to be told there is no more quarters.
