      I have been going to Bank of America's way before they were Bank of America when they used to be pacific Security Bank I wouldn't go to any other bank but think of America they're always there for you when you have a problem

      I wasted time coming here on a Saturday (limited hours open as it is) to find out the lobby area was closed, I could’ve gone to another location.

      Wish there's a zero star! Been waiting over half hour with only one teller working but 5 windows available. When asked, the manager didn't show any remorse emotions but said we always have just one teller. It's been like this for two years. Go to another location.
