      I RATE THIS BANK A '0'. THEY RIP OFF MANY PEOPLE.AND GET AWAY WITH IT. BUT WHEN THE LAW CATCHES UP WITH THEM, THEY IN FOR A BIG SURPRISE.THEY REALLY GOT IT COMING.

      Rude ! Rude! RUDE !! AND EXTREMELY POOR MANGEMNET! DONT WASTE UR TIME HERE!!! not sure if I was being PROFILED or WHAT but in hard times people shouldn't be so rude to others! I talked to a customer service agent that helped me with what I needed to do (I had proof of documents, a reference number and everything I needed). When I talked to the teller who also very rude and they felt the need to take my ID with them to a back ROOM WITH THEM? which I found very ODD!!!! and then brought their Manger out and told me "Ive worked here for 20 years and never heard of that" in a very rude tone !!! went home feeling extremely disrespected and called customer service to REPORT THIS LOCATION !!! ALSO I had found out their management had LIED TO ME THAT THERE WAS NEVER ANYTHING WRONG WITH MY DOCUMENTS. LIARS AND DISCRIMINATORS.
