I have always been helped and very courteously and really caring, not just a number. I love this branch at Cochran’s Plaza.

If you have hours to spare, come here! Was the only one in the bank and needed a cashiers check and it took over 30 minutes. Tellers were blabbing with each other despite me letting them know I was in a rush. Unprofessional and not helpful.
