  Today, I went to Bank of America in Manhattan's Chinatown, because I reported the loss of my credit card a few days ago, and it was mailed out yesterday. I don't know what card, I didn't expect it to be so fast, so I thought there was something wrong, because my English is not good, so Go ask your bank staff, the staff's service attitude is not very good, perfunctory me a few words, tell me to leave quickly, saying that there are still people queuing behind, I suggest that your bank's reception consultation and attitude should be trained, learn not to despise Those who don't speak English, thank you. This is your job, professional ethics, not your authority.
