      I had an appointment to open a business account. I was early and a customer service representative (female Asian/wish I got her name to thank her here) immediately came to make sure I am taken care of. She nicely handed me off to Ghassan Ereikat who helped with my needs. He was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I was 100% happy with this efficient and successful visit to this B of A branch.
