      I had great service at this branch. I walked in to deal with some things on my late brother's account, and they were able to get me in with someone quickly, despite the fact that i didn't have an appointment. Everything was handled quickly and correctly. Didn't see a long line at the teller window either. The Moraga branch has really limited hours right now and the Orinda branch is still closed (except for the ATM), so this branch might be busier than people are used to. But I would highly recommend based on my experience today.

      Days ago my daughter's bank account disappeared from my account’s dashboard. I assumed she had made it just hers after years of having that account under my care. It turns out, Bank of America just closed her account without any notice , and will be sending the money in the account back to her. We were appalled with the total lack of respect. She has now to open a new bank account urgently, but this time it won’t be with bank of america. And they did that at the end of the month, where all her bills have to be paid, creating a lot of headache for her and for me as well. I’ve been banking with B of A for 19 years, I’m currently looking for another financial institution. Bank of America showed me they are not trustworthy. I will not do any business with this institution anymore. I’ll close my accounts by the end of March 2022.
