  I've been associated with the Bank of America since I was born, 73 years ago. My family has been with the Bank of America for many years as well. I've only recently been doing business with the Jackson branch for the last two years. I'm treated with respect and curtesy and thank Debbie and the employees for their pleasant manner and work ethics. Thank you all.

  Set appointment two separate days now and both times they decided to close the branch down early(3 hours early), no phone call or notice; 45 min away. Get it together

  Closed my account for no reason and now I wont have access to my money for weeks. Its my daughters birthday next week and now I'm completely screwed. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with they were extremely unhelpful.
