      Michael was extremely helpful setting up my appointment and explained all my options clearly and effectively. In my brief time in the building he was extremely helpful and polite to everyone and handled a high stress situation very well.

      Had to come here to cash a check on my lunch break, which happened to coincide with all of their teller's lunch breaks. Ended up waiting more than thirty minutes in line while one (slow) teller struggled to cut the line down which had extended to the entrance. The manager was more concerned with working reception and talking with a mother and son about opening a student checking account than she was with running a second teller's booth. Several people left the line frustrated and returned to their cars.

      I came here to get a house for a deposit on a house. Next thing I know we were talking to a mortgage person. We already had a perfectly fine mortgage company already working with us. We PROMISED us the close date would remain the same and we would get a lower rate. We left the other mortgage company. As soon as we di that. BOA told us there was no way they would actually close on time. Left them immediately. Luckily our original mortgage people took us back and we closed on time. BoA almost cost me my house.
