      It hasn't been Bank of America for more than 10 years! Correction: I can't reproduce this as I'm no longer there, but I think that Maps on my phone was taking me to a former Bank of America office and not the current one (which is, indeed, at the indicated address)

      Had an appointment and when I arrived they just had a note on the door saying the bank was closed. Never notified me.
