Customer service is not about your wait. Disney Land has the highest rated customer service, you wait in line there FOREVER! The services that these associates give is amazing, even thought they hear you wait in line making rude comments, like it’s their fault. They deal with the cards they are given. You have mulitple ways to depoist, withdrawal, or transfer your money without stepping foot inside the bank. It’s 2018, get with the program people... Good luck.
