  A few days ago I went to this bank because I had a problem with my account. The worker there kindly told me and she even put the bank of America phone on my phone. I am very grateful to this person.

  Poor customer service.They are always rude to customers . Bank teller Elvia is super slow always have only one window open all the time…. take over an hour just to get to the window not coming back to this bank

  They know Saturday is a busy day and yet they only have 1 teller and if that wasn't enough the teller spend time chit chatting with a client she knows. If I could I would give it no stars. Took 1.5 hrs just to get my money
