      I appreciate the good customer service here and how they are kind, very nice ladies… were able to squeeze my appointment in over the phone for in person. This branch is my favorite especially rn that every other bank is so hard to get seen 1on 1 with a banker ..

      Very unprofessional and lazy. At least two Bank of America personnel were criticizing a customer when she left. Their time could be better used helping the 5 of us waiting for over 25 minutes. I’m about to close my banking and credit cards with BofA. I’ve been a customer for over 25 years. ZERO STARS!
