  This bank was surprisingly open while all others were closed on January 7, 2021. Although they closed earlier than usual, at 4 p.m.

  I Stopped here couple of times to deposit check. Manager is super nice but that guy on counter has too much bad & rude attitude.

  I tried calling for an hour to find out if they can help me. The website can't help. Google says its open till 17.00 Apparently that is a lie. Nobody answered the phone Bank of america is terrible for the most part on customer service. I suggest going elsewhere if you need anything but basic services. Even the website is terrible. They suspended my account and refused to tell me why. It took over 2 hours to even get someone to help me. They hung up on me. They ignored me hoping i believe hoping I would give up. When I finally got a human who didn't seem to understand my problem I requested a manager. Wheni finally got a manager he claimed it had a fraud alert. I was in the website. I couldn't do any thing. It mentioned no alert or fact I was suspended. It just didn't list any functionality. The manager said he was in contact with the fraud team and it would be fixed in a few minutes. Another hour I had to argue to find out why I was suspended. They finally said I added a device. I said yes I already had 3. I had bought a new phone a month ago. when does that constitute a fraud suspension. They never answered the question. They apparently tried to contact me using the old number. I updated the number immediately. Apparently they're databases are out of sync by at least a month. My number in my contacts list was current. They didn't use it. As a retired programmer that is atrocious design.
