      Great staff. These other reviews are basically incorrect. Impatient people with bad attitudes. I've been with boa for 20 years with zero issues with any staff anywhere. I've been across the country and the service remains the same. Covid has been a burden on everything. I feel safety has been the highest priority. Times are tough. These folks deal with rude customers in a professional manner. I wouldn't pay much attention to the bad reviews.

      There’s no one to answer the telephone. Pretty unbelievable, when you are serving a community w mostly seniors. I went through the phone loop 3x.
