It’s totally useless. Over the phone BofA help line told me I can get a cashiers check here, it’s not trie. You can’t get anything there. It’s just a joke.

Video chat didn't work ..... I needed a real location...... With real live people...... This was a joke, the punch line is Bank of America. With so many branches closed and so few with actual people it may be time to switch to an online bank like the one my State Farm agent has been pushing on me for years..... BoA = Failure
