      Complete rubbish it took forever for the access key to read my card then when I got in there was no one available to see me at any of the screens so I had to drive to a bank wit a real person. What a gimmicky waste of the banks money.if you are going to do something like this staff it properly

      Merrill Edge has ruined Bank Of America’s reputation. They rent out a Office/booth inside of each location and they pull SCAMS on their current clients. This is a strategic system which Merrill is giving residual commission to Bank of America for transferring their accounts to MMA/CMA. DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH MERRILL. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SHOW YOU THE FRONT DOOR. I will no longer bank with Bank Of America until they remove “Merrill” from their name.
