      Video rooms did not work. Was not able to use. The reception video worked but they could not assist with a transaction. There was one room with a person in it and it seemed to be working but they were in there until close so we left. 4pm closing at normal locations during the week is bad and then the video rooms mostly not working is your only option after 4pm. I hope #boa extends hours back to normal 6pm soon. These covid hours are not acceptable anymore.
