      I waited almost an hour just to cash a check, serveral people we’re there sitting at their desks. The process of cashing a check only takes 5 mins or less, they could’ve easily assisted me. I’ve been with BOFA for 5 years and never have been this upset with customer service… will not be coming back to this location.
