      Went to their ATM to use my Wells Fargo Visa and had difficulty. Spoke to the "bank manager" requested assistance . She rudely said it was my bank .So I called my personal banker in the lobby and he said my card was fine ample funds available . Again asked for assistance and again refused. When I asked if she could watch me as I used the ATM on case I was incorrect she again refused and said she would not be able to retrieve my card from the machine if there was difficulty. Now I understand why Hawaii kicked BOA out of my state 20 years ago for Fraud
