  I've been banking here almost 2-1/2 yrs and the entire team is fantastic. They are a true community bank and very kind hearted. I recently felt quite dizzy and they were incredibly kind and supportive, they found me a place to rest and brought me water. Truly the kindest bankers ever.

  Was traveling and needed to cash a check. Husband and I signed it. Teller wouldn’t let us cash the check without both present, both licenses and even then kept pushing for deposit as opposed to cashing. Teller refused to make eye contact and insisted husband come get me from the car to ensure I was present for cashing. Absolutely horrible customer service with zero eye contact, zero “hello, how are you”, and consistent aversion to actually accomplishing task asked for by us-the costumer.
